Busty America every day ... 7 days a week, 365 days a year!
Historically we have added well over 1000 images every month! Mpegs
are updated every 4 days. Other content is updated regularly, as it
becomes available.

I Enter My
Password, But The Login Screen Just Keeps Appearing!
There are a few simple checks you should do if you are having troubles logging in. First and most obvious, is to be sure that you are entering your username and password correctly as it was provided to you in your membership email. This includes using upper and lower case (capitals, and small letters) where necessary. You can recover lost passwords by having them emailed to you using our LOST PASSWORD FORM. Secondly, and this is probably the single largest reason for login failures, is to be certain your browsers cookie function and javascript are enabled. Cookies are small pieces of information from a website which are held on your computer. Browsers are usually installed on a computer set to accept cookies by default, as they are necessary to view many websites correctly. However, you, or someone else who uses your computer, may have disabled them, unintentionally or otherwise. Because of this, the first thing to do is to check to make sure your browser is set to accept both cookies and javascript. Use your browsers 'help' feature to find out how to do this. A NOTE ABOUT COOKIES: This website uses cookies to maintain your authorization as you view the members area. Without it, you would have to enter your password for every single page and image that appeared from within the members area. This cookie is cleared from your system after you close your browser. If you are a member who has had access but cannot gain access anymore, then please be sure that your membership is current and hasn't expired. I Keep Getting An
Error Page When I Try To Log In.
Almost every case of a member receiving an error
page appearing after they enter their username and password is due to how their
browser is set up to handle cookies. Cookies are small pieces of
information from a website which are held on your computer. Browsers are
usually installed on a computer set to accept cookies by default, as they are necessary
to view many websites correctly. However, you, or someone else who uses
your computer, may have disabled them, unintentionally or otherwise.
Because of this, the first thing to do is to check to make
sure your browser is set to accept cookies and javascript. Use
your browsers 'help' feature to find out how to do this. A NOTE
ABOUT COOKIES: Busty America uses cookies to maintain your
authorization as you view the members area. Without it, you would
have to enter your password for every single page and image that appeared
from within the members area. This cookie is cleared from your
system after you close your browser.
If you are still getting an
error, try closing all open browser windows, then open a new one and go to
the home page of this website. Click on the members link and try
entering again.
Busty America is tested to work with the
latest released versions of the most popular browsers. If you are
using an exceptionally old browser or a yet-to-be released beta browser,
then you may need to upgrade or switch to a more recently released
version.

I Have
Lost My Password.
If you think you are entering the
proper password but can't gain access, then please see "I Enter My

password form to have your password emailed to you.

I Was
Accessing The Site Fine, Then Suddenly I Keep Getting The Subscribe Page.
Users are redirected to the
subscribe page when there are multiple users accessing the site
simultaneously with the same username/password. There are 3 possible
reasons for this happening. The first is that your password was
stolen by a hacker for his own or others gain. The second is that
you, the user, may have shared your password with someone else.
Sharing is an infringement of the membership contract and is prohibited.
The third reason has to do with your ISP. Some ISP's (like AOL) will
break up your computers request for a webpage and redirect it through
numerous computers called 'proxies'. When this happens, it can
appear as though you are actual 2, 3, 4 or more people using the site
under one password instead of just one. This happens rarely however
as we are aware of the situation, and have been improving our password
software to allow for that particular situation.
Busty America constantly
monitors newsgroups and password sites, server log files, as well as
ensuring passwords are difficult to crack, in order to help prevent
password theft.

I Keep
Getting An Error Page.
If you find that in one
particular circumstance, you will receive an error page, and the possible
answer to the problem isn't found on this FAQ page, please send all of the
details to the webmaster. See 'Contacting Busty America'.

I Can't
View Some/All Of The Mpeg Videos.
The mpegs are tested (along with
all content) to work properly by the webmaster of Busty America, as well as
by the countless members who have successfully viewed them to date.
Since Internet Explorer and Netscape work slightly differently with their
interpretation of how to view the mpegs, we have provided different means
for viewing them. Netscape should open your preferred mpeg viewing
software and load the mpeg into it. Internet Explorer should display
a new page with the mpeg embedded in the page. If the mpeg does
appear embedded in a webpage but is not showing correctly, you can
download it to your hard drive using the link at the bottom of the page
that the mpeg is viewing on, and then try viewing directly off of your
computer.
Some mpegs are encoded in a new format
known as divx. This format allows for each clip to be made into a
smaller download, without losing any or in some cases increasing the
overall quality. The divx codec which allows your video player to
view these videos is available through the divx
website.
If you have installed the
latest divx codec, but are still unable to view the video properly, then
the particular video may have been recorded with an older divx coded which
can be downloaded here.
This download will not overwrite the new codec. It is simply an
additional codec that will be used by your software when necessary.
If none of the above works, you may wish
to uninstall-reinstall your mpeg viewing software as it may have become
corrupted at some point. Quite often this can be repaired by doing a
complete uninstall-reinstall. You may also wish to try upgrading to
the latest version of your mpeg viewer.

I Can't
View The Streaming Videos.
Most or all of the streaming
video content is viewable in RealPlayer which is a free download.
Please visit the manufacturer of the viewing software via the links
provided on the streaming content webpages. If at times, you receive
an error when viewing some of the realplayer content, you should try the
following: 1) Return to the main page of the video you wish to view (where
it shows the different clip segments). 2) Press the reload button
and try again. If this doesn't work, try pressing the reload button
on the page that actually displays the clip inside of realplayer.
You may also wish to make sure you have
the latest version of real player, since older versions may not display
the video correctly.

I'm
Disappointed, I Want A Refund.
Unlike most commercial websites,
adult websites are constantly targeted by hackers, thieves, and fraudulent
use. It seems everybody wants to view pornographic material, but
nobody wants to pay for it! We feel we have assembled an excellent
website (especially compared to most others out there) for a very
reasonable price. And the very positive feedback we have received
would suggest the same. If we allowed refunds to everyone who wanted
it, then no one would apparently like the site, and it would result in a
lot of unfair use.
As far as content not viewable on your
computer, it should be known that all content is viewable using your
existing computer software, or with free downloads. All content is
tested by the webmaster and of course by all of the other members.
If there is a problem with your setup due to software corruption,
unwillingness to troubleshoot using the manufacturers tech help,
unwillingness to download free software, or otherwise, then we are sorry,
but this is not our fault. Ultimately, Busty America is only
responsible for the website itself.
For these reasons we have clearly
stated in the membership contract, which everyone agrees to by signing up
(view the contract from the subscription
page or here), that refunds are not given.
If you truly do not like the website, then again we are sorry and invite
you to cancel your subscription using the cancellation
page.

sure your question has not been answered above. If it is answered
here but you still are having problems than please tell us so that we
don't reply wth a simple 'see the FAQ'. (that is after all the reason for
the Frequently Asked Questions Page!)
2) We may be a business, but we are also
human! Please don't send rude or bluntly demanding emails as they
are more likely to have a slower response or even ignored.
3) Please include as much identifying
information as possible, preferably the email address you signed up with,
AND your username.
If you are writing about a technical problem with the site, please include
the message that appeared if possible, and what you were doing when it
came up.
4) Be forewarned that ultimately, we are
only responsible for the Busty America website, not Microsoft or Netscape or
any other products, nor are we always able to troubleshoot other companies
products. What this means, is that if the problem does not lay
within our website or server, but rather within your particular setup,
that we may not be able to help you, and you may need to seek help on the
product manufacturers website. This doesn't mean we won't try, but that
you should be prepared to, or initially try to seek help elsewhere first.
5) ALLOW AT
LEAST 48 HOURS FOR US TO RESPOND!!! We try to respond as
quickly as possible, but remember, you may be emailing us when it is 3 AM
here (even though it is noon where you are). Also during vacation
